Opportunity pipeline
For new and established businesses, including IT companies. Track sales, partnerships, renewals and client work. Stages are manually reviewed, not revenue forecasts. Up to 100 opportunities per workspace.
Client equipment & purchases
Record items supplied to each client, including supplier, serial number and warranty dates. Keep passwords and access keys out of these records. Up to 200 records per workspace.
Customer interviews
Record customer evidence separately from interpretation. Quotes stay in their original language. Nothing is sent to AI or contacts. Up to 100 interviews per workspace.
Import / export contacts CSV
Preview a UTF-8 CSV before saving. Map columns, review possible duplicates and choose which rows to add. Existing contacts are never overwritten. No messages or AI requests are sent.
CSV export includes all contacts in the selected workspace. Spreadsheet-risk cells receive a leading apostrophe. Check these values if you import the file again.
Review contacts from website text
Paste text from a business contact page and its source URL. Extraction stays in this browser. No website is fetched, no AI is called, and nothing is saved or sent automatically. Candidates are unverified.
Follow-up dates use this device’s local calendar day. Closed contacts are excluded from overdue, due-today and upcoming views. No automatic reminders are sent.
Beta limits: 3 workspaces and 20 ventures per workspace. Records remain until you delete them. Deleting a workspace also deletes its ventures, contacts and saved records. Backups can retain deleted records temporarily. Export for your own backup. 100 contacts per workspace. Team sharing and automated outreach are not available yet.
